The OFFICE provides legal advice on the application of the commercial agencies law. It also provides services relating to the regulation of commercial agencies of foreign companies and the appointment of their local agents, as well as pleading before the competent courts in disputes arising from and because of contracts of commercial agencies and compensation for their termination.
